Your Horoscope For March

This is the month many of us have been waiting for since 2014 began. If you’ve felt like the year got off to a bit of a rocky start, you’re not alone. January with it’s new beginnings energy was for many a time to clean up the remaining tidbits from the previous year and less about starting new projects. February hit with it’s river of emotional sensitivity, making us feel as though we had our feet somewhat stuck in the mud for the time being, forcing us inward for self-reflection.

March on the other hand is the bright, sunny and inspirational number of imagination and memory – the 3. The energy this month is literally buzzing with excitement as your brain is like a busy worker bee, hard at work with churning ideas around. 

3 is the first mind plane number and is considered the gateway energy to the intellect. A fabulous month for any writer or publishing endeavors and it’s often a month where ah-ha moments strike out of the blue. If you’ve been struggling to find a solution to a problem or have been one of those people who have been feeling stagnant for the first part of the year, this is your month to get unstuck.

Astrologically speaking, Mercury has been retrograde and heading into March, it will go direct and we’ll see an end to the communication challenges (and stalled energy) that often comes along with it.

The idea pot will be overflowing this month but don’t be too disappointed if there’s less outer action on those ideas than you’d hoped. As the 3rd month, March carries very much an intellectual vibe so if you find yourself frustrated by trying to implement your plans, take comfort in the fact that April will be just around the corner with it’s “doing” physical and practical 4 energy. In the mean time, your mind might outrun your body but that’s perfectly fine for now.

Calculating Your Number:

Before we get to the individual monthly forecasts, you’ll need to calculate your Life Theme Number which is your main energetic essence in this lifetime. Your date of birth is like spiritual DNA and can reveal who you are, what you’re here to do and how to do it.

To calculate your Life Theme Number, add together each individual digit in your date of birth and then reduce to a single digit, like this:

DOB: 12-18-1975

1+2+1+8+1+9+7+5=34

3+4=7

This date of birth has a Life Theme Number of 7. Follow the same steps to calculate your own essence.

**Note: If the sum equates to 10, 11, 22 or 33, stop there. Don’t reduce these numbers further as they are called the Master Numbers and should be displayed in their unreduced form. Individual Life Theme Number Forecast for February:

2:  You’re a feeler more so than a thinker but March is a welcome change of pace after the extra sensitive month of February had your emotions on high alert. You can relax and take a load off much more this month with the social butterfly energy in full swing. You won’t necessarily be bustling with ideas like some of the other more physical or intellectual based Life Theme Numbers but you will be feeling much more grounded and stable in terms of your emotions and thought processes. You’re the number of support and you don’t feel yourself unless you’re even-keeled. March is your month to get back on track with your mind, body and soul. Under a mental energy your intuition is coming back online and you’re making sense of the haphazard events of the previous two months. The shell you were hiding under relationship wise is cracking open as you become settled in your own skin again.

3: March is like a shot of adrenalin for the Life Theme Number 3. You’re burst at the seams and your mind is racing a mile a minute. The first two months of the year weren’t nearly as much your element as this month. January was the first physical number, the pioneer and trailblazer. February was a feeling month of intuition and sensitivity. The 3’s are intellectuals and work/play best with people, places and things that carry the intellectual energy. March might be a bit of an overload mentally speaking for the other mind plane numbers (6, 9) but the 3 basks in the constant spark of ideas. You may find you’re getting ahead of yourself often this month as you attempt to implement everything you’ve been wanting to embark upon in 2014. Pace yourself and  place your focus on just one or two projects. This way you won’t spread yourself to thin on all of them and instead make the few that you funnel all your energy into fabulous. If you’re a 3 who has been looking for love, romance will be on the back burner right now but you don’t mind. You’ll eat, sleep and breathe your ideas at the moment.

4: The 3rd month is inspirational and often not that logical as the number of imagination. Who better to harness this energy than the practical, stable and down to earth foundational number 4. Marrying the intellectual big-dreaming energy of the 3 (that believes anything is possible) with the organizational 4 makes for a clear channel to funnel thoughts and ideas into physically workable plans. Whether it’s relationships, career or otherwise, the 4 will be the one who brings things together to help build a solid course of action this month. If you’re a 4, consider yourself the one who grabs the runaway balloon, bringing it back to the ground. You may find more people will ask you for guidance and counsel this month. Especially the more emotional or mentally-dominant Life Theme Numbers. Slow and steady wins the race and the 4’s will be the ones to keep their focus and cool while everyone else is getting caught up in the excitement of spring fever. That’s not to say you won’t accomplish anything. On the contrary. You’ll be steadily chipping away at your projects and goals with the steady and calm eye of a surgeon. As the “doers”, be sure to carve out time to enjoy the social energy of the 3 month.

5: Like the 2, the 5’s experienced their fair share of emotional turbulence in February. As the number of freedom of expression, you’re ready to let loose, have some fun and take advantage of the social butterfly 3 month. 2014 in particular, as the truth-seeking number 7, has had you feeling exceptionally rebellious, even in the quieter energy last month. No heavy relationship drama or seriousness. This will be a lighter month for you where career and goals of personal nature are front and center. It’s high time you took time for you and it doesn’t feel selfish in the least but a welcome change of pace. It will be less about turning out new ideas and more about implementing what’s been brewing for some time. You’ll still have your fair share of light bulb and ah-ha moments as the highly intellectual and imaginative 3 vibe of March is filtered through your erratic,emotional heart-centered energy.

6: The 3 and 6 are beside each other on the birth chart causing them to share many qualities and traits. In the positive, 6 can be very creative, optimistic and visionary. However, in the negative it can cause pessimism, criticism and worry. When the 3 and 6 are both in a negative space, it can be a double whammy as 3’s negative traits are self-doubt and self-criticism. Stay mindful of where your energy is focused this month and be sure to stay in a space where you’re always moving forward and using the imaginative 3 to constantly create. Stalled energy for the 6 spells disaster and you’ll find yourself spinning your wheels stewing in worry and/or doubt. You have tremendous creative power this month as the 3 gives you that extra push to make your projects spectacular. Steer clear of negative relationships and focus on keeping the creativity train chugging along in the right direction.

7: Be careful you don’t leap too often before thinking this month as you get caught up in the inspirational 3 energy. As the most active physical number, you’re often easily persuaded to act now, think later. The alter-ego side of the 7 is the deep, philosophical and analytical side. You’re in high thinking mode this month but at the same time may get the urge to take premature action on your plans from the tremendous amount of big-dreamer energy floating around. Whether you’re a thinking 7 or a doing 7, your natural tendency is to take your own path. March is going to push you to take more risks and make choices you might not normally make. Especially because the past two months have been a bit subdued compared to the 7’s standards. The thinking 7 will be more expressive while the physical 7 will be more risk-taking in the month of March. Relationship connections will be a bit more detached than usual because you’ll be focused more on taking the next steps than doing the two-step.

8: Normally the bolder of the Life Theme Numbers, March’s 3 energy will have the 8 feeling very practical and logical (the more analytical side of the gateway mental number). The 8 is getting serious and down to business with projects, taking on the inherent leadership role that is always present within the Life Theme Number 8. A natural in business, you’re definitely on your game this month, funneling the mental acuity of the 3 into the doubtless and soulful 8 frequency. Your decisions will seem to be flawlessly orchestrated as if you’re an expert at everything you do. You’ll be feeling extra confident but not cocky. March is your month to clean house in the realm of decisions that you might have been on the fence with. Relationships, career and finances will all see movement from your rapid fire decision-making over the next few weeks. You know what you want and you’re going to go get it. It’s not about shock and awe with your decisions, it’s about steady, determined progress.

9: Under the influence of the 3, the 9 can become a tad on the neurotic side. You’ve always been a thinker and a big dreamer as the most active mind plane number but this month you need to remain aware of your tendency to border into the realm of the “what-if” scenario. 9’s are ambitious, idealistic and responsible as the humanitarian number which means your motives for over-thinking are pure but it can be very limiting to your ability to achieve outwardly. Intellectual months can be challenging for you because you do best in more physical environments where you can balance/ground your energy and put your active brain to useful action. Stay focused on the task at hand and in bringing it to fruition to avoid spinning your wheels and putting too much thought into things. Relationship connections in March might leave the other party feeling a bit annoyed with you and your mental distraction. It’s best to avoid any serious confrontations or discussions until closer to the physical-based fourth month of April. Resist the urge to focus on more than one project at a time this month. It will keep you moving forward at a much steadier pace.

10/1: The 10 Life Theme Path is a bit more complicated than some of the other numbers when it comes to intellectual based months. The 10’s living mostly through the pioneering, trailblazing number of new beginnings (1) will be similar to the 8, feeling confident, steady and knowing exactly how to move forward this month. The more analytical 10’s or those using both the 1 and zero (symbol of infinite/spiritual awareness) can be feeling a little edgy and uncertain with all this thought energy in the air. 10’s in general are adaptable people who don’t care much to delve into life’s problems, preferring to keep life on the lighter side. Expect to feel a bit tumbled in terms of flipping between inspiration and drive to self-doubt and hesitation. You’re not quite sure what to make of all this intense thinking but as the first physical number, you’re trying your best. Pace yourself when it comes to sorting out all the mental stuff you’re reviewing and allow for adequate fun time otherwise you’ll burn out quickly mid-month and shut down. In particular, be the natural guide you are for other people because you’re particularly in-tune with the energies of others this month.

11/2: The 11 is called the Spiritual Guide but it is also a creative energy. Many 11’s get lost in terms of path early on, chalking up extra personal experience (live and learn) in a short amount of time. Under a mental-based, inspirational and imaginative 3 month, the 11 is feeling the flow of creativity hitting like a tidal wave. More of the support figure with the intuitive, supportive and cooperative 2 at your base, you’ll feel more centered in your own thoughts and energy in March. Now is the perfect time to launch that new project, get started on that book or hit the drawing board to start dreaming up new things. Like the 10, you’ve got your guiding hat on this month and others will be particularly drawn to you for advice and counsel. Intimate relationships often take a backseat when master numbers like yourself focus so intensely on their path and purpose. If you’re already in a relationship, be mindful you don’t ignore your partner accidentally, since you’ll be hyper-focused on the task at hand for most of March. If you’re solo at the moment, don’t feel like you’re missing out if you don’t have the desire to seek out relationship connections right now.

22/4: You’ve got the best of all worlds compared to the other Life Theme Numbers. You’ve got the keen intuitiveness (double 2’s) coupled with the physically centered foundational number 4 joining forces with the inspirational and imaginative 3 this month. In order to accomplish our goals, we first need to dream it up (mental realm, March’s 3 energy), put feeling and passion behind it (emotional/spiritual realm,your double 2’s) and take outer action to make it happen (physical realm, your base number 4). You’re a well-oiled machine this March, pumping out inspired ideas left, right and center – and they’re doable. Your intuition is focused and in sync with your physical aspects as the Master Builder. Your skills are better put to use in a team setting this month so go out and collaborate with those you’ve been meaning to connect with. You’re the gentle leader who will show everyone on the team how to begin building the right foundation for the task at hand.

33/6: You’re not only the Master Teacher but at the base of your energy is the 6, the creative number. Under an inspirational and imaginative energy like the 3rd month of March, your creative energy is front and center. Caution should be taken however to avoid becoming stalled or indecisive as you’ll be drawn into the negative underbelly of the 3 and 6 in their darker side. Since you have double 3’s already in your makeup, the 3 energy of this month can quickly turn for you into the negative energies of self-doubt and self-criticism. The energies are top heavy and can be used in an extremely positive and productive way when all that 3 mojo is in the positive but in the negative, it can really spiral you into self-sabotage this month. Now more than any other time of 2014 thus far, it’s important to surround yourself with positive people, places and things. If a relationship is heavy or leans into the negative more often than not, avoid interaction as much as possible over the course of the next several weeks. Keep a one track mind on your creative goals and you should be able to navigate clearer waters this month, coming out the other end with a basket full of brilliant ideas and projects in the works. You’ll be ready to charge ahead even more so in the physically grounded month of April.
