From the editor: So many people are steering clear of gluten and finding great relief in their digestive systems, an increase in energy and other benefits. Although it sounds like another crazy diet trend, for some of us it’s more of a necessity as it seems gluten sensitivity and intolerance is being diagnosed with more frequency than ever before.

Here’s a great shopping list from Crystal Champagne of CrystalFit if you are looking to reduce or eliminate gluten from your diet. (Editors note: when changing your diet, we recommend you seek the advice of your physician.)
