Your Weekly Horoscope by The Astro Twins
Your Weekly Overview February 24th – March 1, 2020
Still waiting to run through that Mercury retrograde essential checklist? Hop to it! Back up all your important data, create stronger passwords and quickly submit that (almost past due) paperwork! This Tuesday, February 25, the amplifying Sun beams at the same degree of Pisces as retrograde Mercury, backlighting all the muddling antics this transit can bring. Anything you’ve been sweeping under the rug could be spotlighted, forcing you to deal. While this will be the opposite of fun, once you get it handled, it WILL be a relief. Ignoring a problem and letting it fester can be like a persistent, nagging devil on your shoulder. Clear the air and you’ll feel a whole lot lighter, even if you have to endure some challenging and painfully awkward conversations along the way.
Still, you can think of Tuesday as a test of faith. One thing the Sun and back-spinning Mercury in spiritual Pisces understand is that “what’s meant to be will be,” and this cosmic connection underscores that. By all means, make your “sales pitches” and present your beautiful vision for the future to the people you’d like to have as your co-stars. Then let go—and observe what’s going on inside of you. This will be a fascinating study of your own psyche. How DO you deal with waiting for an answer? Are you anxious? Do you start making up disempowering stories about what people are thinking? Do you want to quit and move on rather than face the possibility of “rejection”? Let all feelings arise without interacting with them. They are not wrong or right; they simply “are.” And here’s the silver lining: There is true power in being able to hold the space of the unknown. In that mystical in-between state, miraculous solutions can arise. Just plan on taking a lot of long, slow, deep breaths.
Friday could bring a potential snag in the relationship department. Vivacious Venus in Aries gets side-eyed by possessive Pluto in Capricorn as the two lock into a tense square (90-degree angle). Spring fever may still be raging, but make sure the object of your affection KNOWS that they occupy the premier spot in your heart. What feels like harmless banter may rile up jealousy or a flurry of unfounded accusations. Or shadowy Pluto could bring the players out of the woodwork. If someone’s story (or omission of details) raises red flags, trust your intuition and investigate before getting in deeper. The still-married Tinder date who is “sleeping in separate beds” or “only staying together for the kids” could turn into the heart-wrenching scourge of your winter. Maybe a colleague keeps postponing your pitch meeting and putting you off for that supposed power lunch and contract signing meeting. You have better things to do than obsess while someone jerks your chain, but near Friday, be ultra-careful to NOT step into a wolf’s den.
