This vegan tahini dressing is a simple creamy dressing I made to go with a warm salad. The salad had a mix of dino kale, roasted butternut squash, blueberries, and mini cucumbers. It doesn’t require a blender to make the dressing; you can mix with a spoon. I thought my lunch to be filling and nourishing.
