In last week’s post we chatted about high intensity training, and why researchers and professionals are recommending this type of training for both weight loss and increased fitness.

This week we are giving you a workout that is based on that research. Our Tabata Charged Workout is the perfect workout to do if you are short on time, but are still looking for amazing results.

This workout takes less than 30 minutes, can be done in your living room and requires no workout tools. So, go get your runners on, have fun and don’t forget – if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
