Go Fit Gals: Eat clean while eating out!
Eating out. It can be the death to any diet or clean-eating plan.
Restaurants are notorious for serving large portions, using fatter cuts of meat, lots of oil and butter (because fat is flavour in their minds), and they can be very heavy handed with the saltshaker.
But, who can blame them? That’s what they are in business for – to sell you food and drink and lots of it.
If they don’t, they won’t be in business for very long. So, they have mastered ways to get you to overeat, overdrink and overindulge.
