The best way to fight is to write. Let me teach you how. No charge!
Boy, oh boy, what a time of unrest; there is still so much confusion, uncertainty and fear for many.
For some, the election results have reactivated old injustices from our pasts–almost like ‘reopened court cases’ where we know that no one will ever pay for their crimes against us, and humanity.
We feel our anger. Erupting. Our wounds, bleeding.
Why can’t everyone see the pain we feel? The sorrow? The panic? The sheer ‘wtf’ is happening right now?
I mean, don’t get me wrong: I know that there are two sides to every pancake, no matter how thin you make it, as Dr. Phil always says, but so many of us are asking “why aren’t our fellow human beings ‘being’ human? Empathetic? Compassionate? Understanding?”
Many of us, myself included, have been shamed by those who insist we spiritually bypass our feelings, emotions, and questions?
Well, I disagree with this style of suppressing, oppressing, or avoiding any ‘negative’ talk! Spiritually bypassing us in the name of their own enlightenment. Shame, shame, shame on us.
When something upsetting, unhealthy, or chaotic happens, fear, anger, or sorrow are normal emotions that any human being would feel. Should feel. Could feel.
Now, of course, we don’t want to get stuck in these lower, heavier emotional places, but we do need to acknowledge our feelings, own our story, tell our truths, and reasonably explain our point of view, to heal.
We all need to be validated and witnessed as part of the empowerment process. We need to feel in order to heal.
And so, If you have been holding back, watering your message down, feeling afraid or unable to tell your story, your truth, your personal and important point of view, I’m hear/here to help you!
On Monday, November 21st at 4:30 pm PT / 7:30 pm ET, editing and publishing expert, Jackie Brown and I are holding a LIVE ZOOM WEBINAR to teach you the best tips we know for you to become the best writer you can be!

Women are being called right now to help heal this world. Part of that healing is reclaiming the disowned parts of ourselves and humanity, and that means we must tell our stories, remember who we are, and unite in our suffering and celebrations.
And that means we need you to WRITE! WRITE! WRITE!
Join our live Zoom Webinar this Monday and learn how to write your book, blog, article, newsletter, or eloquent FB post.
