Chat with Crystal live at 1pm EST Today!

Will you be joining us?

If you don’t already know me, my name is Madelaine Dantas. I’m Crystal Andrus Morissette’s eldest daughter and executive assistant. Nice to ‘meet’ you!

On behalf of Crystal and the team at Simply Woman Magazine and the S.W.A.T Institute, I just wanted to check in and see how you’re doing? While this quarantine has given us the opportunity to slow down and take a step back, for many it’s beginning to take a toll. Things like hugging your mother or children or meeting a friend for a coffee have begun to feel like a distant memory.

Remember: your mental health is important. And though you’re a strong, independent woman, it’s okay to not always feel like you have your sh*t together. It’s okay to talk about it. It’s okay to need help.

Would you like to have a “vent” and chat about how you’re feeling with someone who has zero bias or agenda, and who will give you quality advice and next steps?

On the first Friday of every month, Crystal offers one free hour of one-on-one, anonymous empowerment coaching free of charge, during Chat with Crystal. The call will be taking place today, May 1st at 1 pm EST.

Last month Crystal had the chance to chat with two phenomenal women, Alicia and Selma, who both came to Crystal with doubts and questions about their next steps. To listen to the replay, click here.

The call starts at 1 pm EST tomorrow. There are two ways to join:

  2. To listen here LIVE via your computer, click here!

If you’d like to be coached by Crystal, we recommend joining the line 15 minutes early and “raising your hand” to put yourself first in the queue. If you’re calling in by phone using option #1, to raise your hand you will need to type *2 into your keypad. If you’re calling in via your computer, then you will see an option once you’ve joined the conference to “raise your hand”.
