Hi! My name is Crystal and I’m so thrilled to connect with you today!
For all of my life, I’ve loved helping others. I first remember when my baby sister was born; I was seven years old. She was my pride and joy. My baby! As she got a little older, I taught her to read and played school with her every day. For Christmas, I asked for blackboards and school supplies. One year, I wanted a filing cabinet. In primary school, I’d assist the kindergarten teacher during recess and lunchtime. By grade four, I was tutoring neighborhood children. Teaching has always come naturally to me.

When my life turned upside down (around age twelve), I felt lost and alone. Worthless. Unwanted.

My teenage years we’re some of the hardest times. When I began to recover (around the age of 21), I knew helping others was still my passion. I knew somehow, deep down, that although I felt rejected, neglected, and abandoned by those closest to me, I was still worthy of a good life. I’ve spent the last 22 years building just that: A good life.

Now, in my forties, I look back and realize that everything I went through was all part of the plan for me to become the woman I am today.

I have two incredible daughters (who are on the brink of ‘womanhood’). They reflect back to me every day the love I am, the love we have, and the love they are now sharing with the world. I have the most supportive, encouraging, devoted husband who loves me beyond measure and whom I adore. I live in a beautiful 170-year-old home — a grand, old farmhouse, which exudes stability, strength, beauty, and deep roots. I have magnificent friends—women who believe in me, love me, and stand by me through thick and thin. I have three scrumptious, faithful, furry friends (and now a new kitten to add to the clan), who show me unconditional love in every moment of every day. I have a career that doesn’t feel like work and yet, it sustains our family with a beautiful life. My staff (a.k.a. my team) are incredible. They are so committed to making the world a better place, not one of them does their job for the purpose of “making a pay check” — they all love what they do and it shows every day! Not to mention, I have met and worked with some of the most incredible people in the world (some famous, some not). I have it all. I am blessed. I am grateful. I am excited and hopeful about my future. I pray this same joy for you. I’m so glad we’ve connected …

Let me summarize what I do in a short paragraph: I help you remember who you really are.

I help you reclaim your power, self-love, and belief in yourself. I help you forgive yourself for what you did or didn’t do. I help you let go of shame, blame, guilt, and fear. I help you channel your anger into courage and willingness. I help you take the “30,000 foot view” on your challenges, which allows you to see things from a new perspective. But in the end, you will do it all. It will be your success. I’m just your “life navigator” . . . your coach . . . your friend . . . your greatest supporter.
