40 Minute Home Workout

This is THE workout to do when you need to sneak some cardio into your workout week. Our 40-Minute Workout is perfect to do while on your holidays, when the kids are in school, when you get home from work, or plug it in when you want to avoid after dinner snacking (hey, nothing says “no” to mindless snacking like jump lunges and squats).
Directions: perform each exercise in the circuit, one after another, without any rest. Once completed all the sets in the circuit grab a quick water break and then move onto the next circuit.
Tools needed: a mat and an interval timer
